What’s Your Beef originally began as a hobby shared by husband and wife team, Dom & Annie-Rose Stephens in 2018. After eating their fair share of barbecue food, they took the plunge in to Australia’s burgeoning barbecue competition scene, where they honed their live fire cooking skills. Many awards and kilometres later, they found themselves more drawn to Tex Mex inspired flavours after spending time in Texas whilst on their honeymoon.
